How do I delete my account?
From the app's Profile screen, at the very bottom: "Delete my account". This action is immediate and permanent.
How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and follow the instructions sent by email.
The app doesn't find my bar when scanning?
You can create its entry manually from the scan result screen, or report the missing product to us by email.
